How to find us:
Ⓜ️ METRO
Take the exit on Dubai internet city station, after you pass the turnstile, turn left and go to Exit 1- Barsha Heights, where you can see
“The One Tower” sign. Follow the arrows without leaving the metro until you see the direct turn to the building “The One Tower”.
Take the elevator to the “Ground floor” then use the main elevator by selecting the 10th floor on the display screen- it will navigate you to the right elevator.
Take the exit on the 10th floor, turn right and thats it, welcome to our studio.
🚕 TAXI
Select your drop off location to the main entrance of “The one Tower” building. Once you are in the building use the main elevator by selecting the 10th floor on the display screen-
it will navigate you to the right elevator. Take the exit on the 10th floor, turn right and thats it, welcome to our studio.

Iris Bay - Business Bay - Dubai

Iris Bay Tower (Metro station- Business Bay), 14 floor, office 1405
How to find us:
Ⓜ️ METRO
Take the exit on Business Bay metro station, after you pass the turnstile, turn left and go to Exit 1- Business Bay (Sheikh Zayed Road North). When leaving the metro cross the road, turn right and then left. Go straight until you see the traffic light. On the crossroad with traffic lights turn right and walk straight until you see “Iris Bay” tower on your left.
🚕 TAXI
Select your drop off location to the main entrance of “Iris Bay” building. Once you are in the building use the main elevator by selecting the 14th floor. Take the exit on the 14th floor, check the signs which will lead you to 1405 office.
