Cancellation & Service Guarantee Policy It's Beauty Salon — Dubai & Abu Dhabi
This document sets out the terms governing appointment cancellations, no-shows, and service quality guarantees applicable to all clients of It's Beauty Salon operating across its locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. By scheduling an appointment with It's Beauty, clients acknowledge and accept the terms described herein.
This policy is effective as of the date of publication and supersedes any prior representations made verbally or in writing regarding cancellation or guarantee terms. It's Beauty reserves the right to amend this policy at any time; any material changes will be communicated through the salon's official channels.
1. Booking & Deposit
Appointments at It's Beauty may be scheduled online, via phone. No deposit is required to confirm a reservation. We have designed our booking process to be straightforward and accessible for all clients.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
It's Beauty does not impose cancellation or no-show fees. Should a client need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request notification at the earliest convenience to allow the appointment slot to be reallocated. Clients may reach our team through the following channels:

3. Service Satisfaction & Redo Policy
Client satisfaction is the foremost priority at It's Beauty. In the event that a client is dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, the matter will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Nail Services (Manicure, Pedicure, Extensions)
It's Beauty upholds a quality guarantee on all nail services. In the event of chipping, lifting, or breakage attributable to the master's technique or product application, a complimentary repair will be provided under the following conditions:
- Guarantee period: 21 days from the date of the original service.
- Claim procedure: The concern must be raised at the client's next scheduled appointment, at which point the repair will be carried out at no additional charge.
- Scope of guarantee: The guarantee is applicable solely to issues arising from the master's workmanship. Damage resulting from external factors — including mechanical impact or improper aftercare — falls outside the scope of this policy.
